The complete ZenoVOD setup guide using IBO Player

IBO Player is the only official application supported by ZenoVOD. It is available on every major streaming platform — Fire TV, Android, iOS, Apple TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, MAG, Roku, and Windows. This guide walks you through the entire activation in five short steps, plus device-specific instructions further down.

Step 1 — Install IBO Player on your device

Open your device's official app store and search for IBO Player. The official icon is a teal circle with a white play triangle. Install it like any other app — the download is free.

• Fire TV / Fire TV Stick: Amazon Appstore → search "IBO Player"
• Android / Android TV / Chromecast: Google Play → "IBO Player"
• iPhone / iPad / Apple TV: App Store → "IBO Player"
• Samsung Smart TV (Tizen): Samsung App Store → "IBO Player"
• LG Smart TV (webOS): LG Content Store → "IBO Player"
• MAG Box / Dreamlink: IBO Player Pro is preinstalled, or load via portal URL
• Windows / Mac: Download from ibopro.app

Step 2 — Open IBO Player & note your MAC / Device Key

The first time you launch IBO Player, the app displays two essential values on the welcome screen:

• MAC address (format like 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F)
• Device Key (a 16-character alphanumeric code)

Write both values down exactly as they appear, or take a clear photo of the screen with your phone.

Step 3 — Send your details to ZenoVOD

You have three equally fast options to share your MAC + Device Key with our activation team:

1. Reply to your ZenoVOD welcome email (subject: "Your ZenoVOD subscription is ready")

Average activation time: under 5 minutes. Late-evening requests are still processed thanks to our 24/7 rotation.

Step 4 — Restart IBO Player

Once you receive the "Activation complete" reply from our team, fully close IBO Player (don't just minimise it) and reopen it. The app will sync with our servers and instantly load your complete channel lineup, VOD library, EPG, and series catalogue.

Step 5 — Start streaming

From the IBO Player home screen, choose between:

• Live TV — 15,000+ live channels grouped by country and category
• Movies (VOD) — 30,000+ films sorted by genre, language, year
• Series — 10,000+ TV series with full season packs
• EPG Guide — full 7-day electronic program schedule

Device-specific notes

Amazon Fire TV / Fire TV Stick

If "IBO Player" doesn't appear in the Amazon Appstore search, install the Downloader app first, then sideload IBO Player from ibopro.app/firetv. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in Fire TV settings before sideloading.

Android TV box

Most Android boxes ship with Google Play. If yours doesn't (some MXQ / X96 models), use the Aptoide TV store or sideload the APK from ibopro.app/android.

Apple TV 4K & iPhone / iPad

Apple devices require iOS 13 or later. IBO Player is approved on the App Store and supports AirPlay, Picture-in-Picture, and SharePlay.

Samsung & LG Smart TVs

Samsung Tizen (2018 model or newer) and LG webOS (3.0 or newer) both have IBO Player approved in their native stores. No sideloading needed.

MAG Box / Dreamlink / STB Emu

MAG and Dreamlink come with IBO Player Pro built in. From the home menu choose System Settings → Servers → Portals and enter the portal URL we send with your welcome email.

Windows & macOS

Download the desktop installer from ibopro.app/desktop. Activation works identically with MAC + Device Key.

Troubleshooting checklist

• Channels not loading? Reboot your router; ensure download speed is at least 16 Mbps (use speedtest.net).
• Buffering on 4K? Switch the channel quality to HD inside IBO Player settings. 4K needs at least 30 Mbps stable.
• "Account expired" message? Contact us — we'll verify your subscription window.
• Forgot your password? Email support and we'll re-send your activation details.
