How do I stabilise a channel that keeps buffering?
Switch to another channel for a few seconds and return to the original — this re-syncs the stream. If buffering persists, reboot your router and run a speed test. Anti-Freeze 9.8 auto-adapts to drops in throughput, but a marginal connection can still need a refresh.
How can I tell whether a provider is legitimate?

How do I check my internet speed?

Which app do I need to install?
Only one:
IBO Player. It's the official ZenoVOD application and the only one our system authorises. You'll find it in every major store (App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Samsung, LG). See our

Does ZenoVOD work outside Canada?
ZenoVOD is licensed for Canadian residents. The service works on travel within North America without restriction. For longer international stays we recommend our global package — contact support for details.
